Reece has amassed over 16 years of experience in carpentry, embarking on his journey starting in high school. His passion for constructing residential homes ignited during this time and has since evolved to encompass projects ranging from building houses and garages to conducting comprehensive home remodeling services.

He transitioned into commercial construction where he excelled as a superintendent and later as a project manager for a roofing company. Over time, he discovered his passion for assisting individuals with their home-related visions and challenges, leading him to establish his own company.
